Shipping
- Shipping is available worldwide. Delivery costs are always included in the price.
- Prints are shipped securely rolled in a tube. Flat shipping is available upon request for an additional fee.
- Framed prints shipping is also available upon request and with extra shipping costs, not included in the price.
- Each print is carefully packaged to ensure its safe arrival.
Returns
- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your artwork.
- We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our prints. As a general rule, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur.
- In the rare event that a print arrives damaged, we will consider a return or exchange. To qualify for a return in this case, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing that the print was damaged before it was unpacked.
- If a return is approved due to damage, you must contact the courier to cover the cost of return shipping. Please retain all original packaging materials and receipt for return shipment.
- It's our commitment to ensure that your print arrives in perfect condition and that you're satisfied with your purchase.
Care Instructions
- Handle with care, touch only the corners or edges to avoid fingerprints and other marks. It's best to use cotton gloves when handling.
- Frame your print under UV-protected glass or acrylic to prevent fading and discoloration. Use acid-free mats and backing materials to ensure the longevity of the print.
- Hang your print away from direct sunlight, high humidity, or extreme temperature changes. Avoid placing it in areas where it can be exposed to smoke, cooking fumes, or high-touch areas.
- Dust the print with a soft, dry cloth or a very soft brush. Never use cleaning products or water, as these can damage the print.
- If you need to store the print, keep it in a cool, dry place. Use acid-free paper to wrap the print and store it in a rigid, flat container or tube to protect it from bending or creasing.
